1. Identify what email was used to create the resident's account by checking the Resident Details section in the community admin portal or the Update Info section in the mobile app. 
  2. Using the resident's email address, help the resident reset their account password at https://tsolife.com/password/email
  3. If the resident's account was created without an email address, this will be indicated by the letters 'rsl' in front of the email address in the resident details section. In this situation, you will need to update the resident's email address to a real email address for the resident to access his or her account.
  4. Once the resident has reset the password, he or she can log in at https://tsolife.com/auth/login
