You can add a new resident to the tool through the mobile app and through the admin portal.

Adding a resident through the mobile app:

1. Open the app and tap the hash menu icon
2. Tap "Add Resident in the menu

Adding a resident through the admin portal:

1. In the admin panel, go to the RESIDENTS tab and click ADD RESIDENT.
2. Enter the resident’s information, and click ADD RESIDENT.
